Stock and Scaling

• We maintain stock in the UK, EU, US, and China.
• Each location typically holds between 30,000 to 50,000 units at any given time.
• Our factory in China has ample capacity with a 45-day + shipping turnaround for orders up to 100,000 units.

Shipping and Collection

• We can arrange shipping for an additional cost, excluding import duties or taxes.
• Alternatively, you can arrange for collection from most of our sites.

Turnaround Times

• For UK, EU, and US orders, our targeted turnaround is 10-15 days, including delivery (subject to stock availability).
• China factory orders vary based on customization:
• No co-branding: Dispatch within 7 days.
• Laser engraving: 12-15 days processing.
• 3D colour printing: 15-18 days processing.
• Custom base plate / silicone loop: 25 days processing.
• Fully custom Pantone bottle: 45 days processing.

Payment

• Quoting Prices: Visit our orders portal for pricing information on orders from 48 to 96 units. Contact your Ocean Bottle account manager for larger order price breaks.
• Payment Methods: Orders placed through our orders portal can be paid by card during checkout. For orders of 120+ units, your account manager will issue an invoice with payment options, including a payment link.
• Payment Terms: Orders of 120+ units have a 7-day payment term starting from the date of the invoice, which you'll receive shortly after confirming your order.
• Set Up Fee: A set-up fee covers the cost of preparing the logo graphic and programming the laser machine. It is a one-time payment charged by the engraver.
• Pricing Flexibility: Our pricing structure is fixed to support the collection of at least 11.4 kgs of plastic for every bottle sold, aligning with our environmental and social impact mission. We offer resources and support to help you communicate the impact of our partnership in your sustainability initiatives.
